Ghost Systems ("we," "us," or "our") operates ghostsystems.ai. This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, telephone number (optional), your message, and — if you check the SMS-consent box — a record of that consent (timestamp and originating IP address).
- Product waitlists (e.g., Phantom Quill): email address, signup time, and originating page.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request metadata such as IP address and user-agent to serve and secure the site.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry or provide the product access you requested.
- To send you updates you explicitly signed up for (e.g., a waitlist you joined).
- To contact you by call or text message only if you provided your phone number and gave express consent via the checkbox on our contact form.
- To operate, secure, and debug the website.
SMS / text messaging (10DLC disclosure)
If you provide your telephone number and check the consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Ghost Systems related to your inquiry and our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate this site and respond to you (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting and our email provider for correspondence), or when required by law.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions and waitlist signups only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or run the program you signed up for, and consent records as long as required to demonstrate compliance. You can request deletion at any time.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and submissions are stored in access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we minimize what we collect in the first place.
Your choices & rights
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from any list via the link in the email or by writing to us.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@ghostsystems.ai.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated effective date.
